Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the General Manager at BKE

The Lot Manager provides support to the Regent Avenue Dealerships by contributing to the management of all offsite dealership inventory at the Pointe East location. The successful candidate will lead a team of Lot Attendants by providing insight and guidance to the general lot and inventory requirements that include delivery inspections, vehicle stock in, vehicle photos, lot organization / management and focusing on enhancing customer experience.

The Lot Manager position comes with an expectation that the incumbent should have the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

• Trustworthy, reliable and hardworking
• Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s record
• Previous Lot Attendant experience and ability to drive a 5-speed is an asset
