Capital Ford Lincoln Collision Centre has a permanent full-time position open for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Auto Body Technician.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about automotive repair and looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
* Assist senior technicians in performing various auto body repair tasks, including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint preparation
* Learn and apply proper techniques for repairing and refinishing vehicles
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment
* Keep tools and equipment in good working condition and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
* Enrolled in or completed a recognized auto body repair program
* Valid driver’s license
* Basic understanding of auto body repair techniques and tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
