We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is a 2 weeks assignment with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings effectively.
• Handle incoming mail and deliveries by sorting and distributing them promptly.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and orderly at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as entering data, preparing documents, and maintaining files.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update records with accuracy.
• Scan and file documents to ensure proper organization and easy retrieval.
• Perform basic calculations and verify data for accuracy.
• Respond to email correspondence in a timely and attentive manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
