Accounts Payable Clerk – Temporary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing payment cycles, reconciling accounts, and supporting general accounting activities. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

This is a full‑time, six‑month term role with the possibility of extension and the potential to become a permanent part of our team.

• Obtaining necessary approvals and adhering to internal controls on non‑purchase order invoices
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month‑end tasks

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is considered a strong asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
