Administrative Professional – Financial Reporting & Insights
BDO Canada is seeking a Contract Administrative Professional to join our Financial Reporting & Insights team in Winnipeg from February 2026 to May 2026.
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Stipend: CA $19.00 – CA $21.00 per hour
Your OpportunityIn this role, you will own the following responsibilities:
- Intake of client records for personal tax
- Vet physical and/or electronic packages to check for required forms
- Scan and save forms and electronic client records
- Download information from the Canada Revenue Agency
- Manage electronic workflow after intake completion
- Meet with clients for signature when needed
- E‑file client personal tax returns and manage deliverables post‑filing
- Assist with printing personal tax return packages
- Send forms via Docusign for client signatures
- Demonstrate BDO’s core values (Integrity, Respect, Collaboration) in all work
- Understand the client’s industry, challenges and opportunities; deliver high‑quality work
- Recommend and focus on effective service delivery

- Strong bookkeeping background and income‑tax knowledge
- Experience preparing T1 returns is essential
- H&R Block Tax course or other tax preparation course is an asset
- Maintain confidentiality, tact and discretion handling sensitive information
