Administrative Professional – Financial Reporting & Insights

BDO Canada is seeking a Contract Administrative Professional to join our Financial Reporting & Insights team in Winnipeg from February 2026 to May 2026.

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

Stipend: CA $19.00 – CA $21.00 per hour

Your Opportunity

In this role, you will own the following responsibilities:

  • Intake of client records for personal tax
  • Vet physical and/or electronic packages to check for required forms
  • Scan and save forms and electronic client records
  • Download information from the Canada Revenue Agency
  • Manage electronic workflow after intake completion
  • Meet with clients for signature when needed
  • E‑file client personal tax returns and manage deliverables post‑filing
  • Assist with printing personal tax return packages
  • Send forms via Docusign for client signatures

Your Experience and Education
  • Strong bookkeeping background and income‑tax knowledge
  • Experience preparing T1 returns is essential
  • H&R Block Tax course or other tax preparation course is an asset
  • Maintain confidentiality, tact and discretion handling sensitive information
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities
