Are you a maintenance professional looking for career growth within a dynamic mining company? Nevada Gold Mines offers the opportunity to work as an Underground Mobile Maintenance Planner at our Turquoise Ridge operations. As part of the Underground Maintenance team, the successful candidate will improve maintenance efficiency using planned, predictive, and maintenance techniques and systems.

• Complete scheduling of weekly maintenance plans for Underground (UG) and Major Repair shop
• Ensure proper job packets and schedules are maintained and distributed
• Run and report on maintenance KPI’s
• Assist other planners in closing and scanning work orders
• Communicate well with both operations and maintenance personnel
• Improve maintenance efficiency using planned, predictive, and maintenance techniques and systems
• Write purchase requisitions for unavailable material
• Track progress of ordered material and schedule work once parts arrive
• Assist general supervisors and shift supervisors with job priority and availability, including changes in the preventative maintenance schedule necessitated by production/maintenance requirements

• One (1) year maintenance planning experience in an underground mining environment (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle (preferred)
• Validated safe work record required
• Ability to work in a team-based maintenance organization required
• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position required
