Position
:
Full-time Case Manager — Winfield area
- Help families build skills like emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
- Connect families to community resources.
- Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
- Advocate for improvements in family environments.
- Collaborate with a passionate team to make a real impact.
- Compassionate, goal-oriented person who loves working with children and families.
- Believes in building on strengths.
- Willing to learn, grow, and advocate for those who need it most.
- 20 days of personal leave in the first year (25 days after year one)

We require a bachelor’s degree in human services (or a related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement. Predictive Index assessments are used to help determine candidate fit. The PI assessment takes about 5–7 minutes to complete, with no right or wrong answers.
