Crisis Support Worker - On-Call

Job Summary

We are looking for an on‑call Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in serving children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest!

• Average hourly rate: $14.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
• Position is on call.
• Shifts available Monday – Thursday, 5 pm to 4 am (maximum 30 hours a week).

As a Crisis Support Worker you will assist children after hours. These situations may include transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in a moderate crisis. You may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our numerous offices in the area. We provide a company car, cell phone, and computer.

We seek someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and wants to help children in times of crisis. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly and effectively, has a desire to help children grow and learn, and has a strong advocacy mindset. This position is ideal for those looking for a part‑time job and who want experience in the child welfare field.
