The Clinical Shift Coordinator RN Weekend reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for 2+ years OR experience
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus for 2+ years of specialty OR experience
• Internal and rehire candidates less than 1 year are not eligible for sign‑on bonus.

• A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care to the hospitalized patient through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
• Effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining ANA standards of professional nursing practice.
• This nurse functions in a leadership role, overseeing daily unit operations, staff, and care delivery, utilizing a staff‑focused leadership model.

• General:
  Recent hospital experience and/or previous nursing practice experience preferred
• Minimum: 3 years experience

• At least two years’ experience in pertinent clinical specialty.
• Education:
  
  General:
  Proficient in English.
• Verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills required.
• Minimum:
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required.
• Licensure:
  General:
  Licensed or eligible for licensing in Illinois as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum: LIC RN, CERT BLS.
