Business Development Executive

Location: Old Windsor

We’re working with a high-growth FMCG food brand operating in one of the fastest-expanding areas of the UK food service market. The business has seen exceptional year-on-year growth and is continuing to invest heavily in its commercial team to capitalise on rising demand across B&I, Education and Independent hospitality.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to join a brand that is already gaining strong traction with national operators and progressive food service customers.

The Role

As Business Development Executive (South), you’ll be responsible for driving new business and developing key accounts across your territory. You’ll work closely with operators, chefs and distribution partners to grow listings, increase usage and build long-term commercial relationships.

This is a field-based role with autonomy, visibility and genuine progression potential as the channel continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Win new business across B&I, Education and Independent food service

• Develop and grow existing customer relationships

• Deliver product tastings, presentations and menu inspiration sessions

• Identify market opportunities and support brand activation activity

• Represent the business at trade shows and industry events

• Work closely with internal teams to support long-term account growth

About You

• 2–3 years’ experience in a sales or commercial role

• Food service or FMCG experience advantageous but not essential

• Confident, outgoing and comfortable building relationships face-to-face

• Commercially curious with a desire to learn and develop

• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely
