• Assisting the branch in securing new instructions and retaining clients
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Maximising profitability and achieving sales targets
• Thriving within a competitive fast-paced environment
• Representing the company professionally in all interactions

• Previous experience in residential property sales
• Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships
• Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others
• Proven success in generating and winning new business
• Full UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of the Windsor area is beneficial
• Excellent communication, punctuality and presentation
