At IHG, data drives smarter decisions, and as our Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia (EMEAA), you will be at the center of that transformation. You will serve as the analytical engine of our EMEAA marketing organisation, bringing measurement rigor, clarity, and accountability to one of IHG's most dynamic and diverse regions. In this role, you will ensure marketing investment is directly connected to business performance, empowering leaders with the insight they need to optimize impact and drive growth.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end marketing analytics across EMEAA, overseeing the full lifecycle of analytics projects, including campaign measurement, channel performance, audience insights, and marketing effectiveness. Working across multiple markets, navigate varied data environments and business contexts with agility and precision.
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing leadership, being the primary analytics partner to regional marketing leaders, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Not a reporting role; bring perspective, challenge thinking, and shape decisions around planning, investment, and channel strategy.
- Elevate analytical standards and storytelling: manage and develop a team of analysts, set clear priorities and raise the bar on quality, insight generation, and data storytelling. Strengthen the team's capabilities and ensure consistent, high-impact delivery.
- Align regional work with global frameworks: partner closely with the global Marketing Analytics team, ensuring EMEAA initiatives align with enterprise measurement standards, methodologies, and data infrastructure, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
- Regional marketing complexity expertise: demonstrate understanding of the nuances of operating across diverse markets, designing measurement frameworks that work globally while remaining sensitive to local realities.
- Advanced technical capability: prove advanced proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualisation tools (R or Python an advantage). Hands‑on experience with marketing analytics platforms, attribution modelling, and media measurement methodologies.
- Strategic storytelling skills: translate data into compelling narratives that clearly connect marketing investment to business outcomes. Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Proven people leadership: strong leadership capability, setting high standards, developing talent, and maintaining quality under pressure. Create an environment where analytical excellence thrives.
