Senior Social Media Executive

Windsor | Hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing organisation with a global portfolio of brands, and they’re looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to take full ownership of social media campaigns from idea to impact.

If you live on social platforms, spot trends early, and know the difference between content that looks good and content that performs, this role will feel right up your street.

The Role

You’ll run social campaigns end-to-end. No hand-offs. No posting and hoping. Just strategy, content, ads, and results.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning, creating, launching, and optimising campaigns across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and X
• Producing high-impact short-form video content using Cap Cut or Premiere Rush
• Designing eye-catching assets using Canva or Adobe Express
• Writing sharp, engaging captions and managing community interaction in the brand’s tone of voice
• Setting up, monitoring, and optimising paid social campaigns via Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
• Tracking performance, running A/B tests, and using data to improve results
• Spotting emerging trends and testing new formats early
• Collaborating with creative teams while owning timelines and delivery

About You

This role suits someone confident, creative, and commercially minded.

You’ll likely have:

• 5+ years’ hands-on social media experience, agency or in-house
• Expert knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, and X
• A strong track record creating short-form video content that drives engagement
• Experience using tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or similar
• Excellent copywriting skills with a clear, confident tone
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns without compromising quality

Desirable but not essential:

• Paid social or platform certifications
