• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot technology in offices, classrooms, and homes.
• Provide daily support and expertise to end users, helping them achieve aspirational environments for our young people.
• Travel to sites across the region – a driving licence is required.

• Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications
• iPad support (preferably in an educational environment)
• Networking knowledge
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
