Key Responsibilities:

Deliver well-planned, interactive lessons that meet the KS2 curriculum objectives
Promote positive behaviour and establish clear routines to maintain a calm and productive classroom
Use assessment tools effectively to track pupil progress and guide future teaching
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Take part in wider school life through extracurricular activities, trips, and whole-school events

What We’re Looking For:

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with a calm and consistent approach
A reflective and flexible teaching style, with a passion for inclusive education
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A team player who values professional development and collaborative planning
