An established architectural practice in Windsor is looking for an Architectural Technician to join its growing team. Known for its design quality and technical excellence, the practice works across a variety of sectors including residential, education, heritage and conservation, community, and leisure projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technician to develop their career in a supportive, collaborative studio environment and gain experience across all stages of a project, from planning through to construction and completion.

Responsibilities

Prepare technical drawings and construction packages.
Support planning and building regulation submissions.
Coordinate design information with consultants and contractors.
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.
Produce detailed working drawings using CAD and BIM software.
Attend site visits as required.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience working in a UK architectural practice.
Strong technical skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or BIM workflows is desirable.
Good understanding of current UK building regulations.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
