Where we need youThe Customer Services Representative plays a key role in supporting effective supply chain management through end-to-end customer order management. Acting as a vital link between customers, sales, logistics partners, and internal teams, you’ll help deliver outstanding service while ensuring smooth order‑to‑invoice processes. This role is office‑based in Old Windsor, supporting close collaboration with internal teams and partners. Following a successful probation period, flexible hybrid working opportunities may be available.
Yourcore responsibilities at a glance
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to dispatch and invoicing, including EDI orders
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries related to stock availability, deliveries, pricing, and product information
- Process claims, returns, damages, and credit notes in collaboration with Finance
- Maintain accurate customer master data and sales conditions in SAP
- Act as a daily point of contact for customers, sales teams, and 3PL logistics providers
- Contribute to supply chain KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost‑saving projects
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to meet service level targets

- At least 3 years’ experience in an FMCG Customer Service role
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, KPIs, and operations
- Experience working with 3PL warehousing and logistics providers
- Proficient in SAP (SAP S/4
HANA preferred) and confident with Excel - A customer‑first mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable working on‑site and commuting daily to our Old Windsor office
