We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specialises in delivery of high end residential builds across the South. Due to a new site starting in April they are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to run a £700k high end residential refurbishment for a private client in Windsor from start to finish, overseeing the site from a management point of view but also be willing to jump on the tools when needed.

• Experience of running high end residential refurbishment sites as the No1. Site Manager
• Helping out on the tools when needed (multi-skilled work or carpentry – plumbing and electrical will be done by specialist contractors)

• SSSTS as a minimum
• At least 3 years experience running client build refurbishment projects as the No.1
• Carpentry background
