Vertex Associates are proud to be partnering with a growing Financial Services business based in the Windsor/Maidenhead area. They are looking to add an Operations Manager to their team.

The Operations Manager will report to the Director with a very broad role to ensure efficiency and drive growth.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing compliance
• Monthly reporting
• HR management
• Liaising with external Accountants
• Cost control
• Improving company processes and procedures
• General day to day business operations
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Must be confident, dynamic and adaptable
• Experience of working with suppliers, dealing with HR and reporting to Directors
