We are looking to add to our sales team!
A Mitchell Selig Ford Sales Consultant or Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a best-in-class experience aligned with the standards of the Ford Motor Company brand. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
- Automotive Sales Consultant:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Respond promptly to online leads, inquiries, and digital showroom requests
- Manage CRM follow-up processes via phone, email, and text
- Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the buying process
- Achieve internet sales and appointment conversion targets
- Will train the right candidate, however experience does help
- Computer, typing and Internet Skills
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Strong desire to succeed and learn the Automotive Industry
