Description:

Fabricate, install, and refurbish aircraft interior equipment and furnishings in compliance with work orders, manuals, and regulatory requirements. Perform sanding, finishing, staining, painting, and touch-ups on veneers and hardwood components while masking and unmasking parts as needed. Collaborate with team members, support other maintenance disciplines, and maintain environmental, safety, and quality standards. Assist with aircraft cleaning, off-site maintenance, and international assignments as required to ensure operational readiness and customer satisfaction.

#Education & Job Requirements

* A minimum of 3-5 years of Interiors Remove & Install experience on corporate aircraft.

* Ability to break down cabinets, remove hardware, and inlay components.

* Experience stripping finishes using heat and scraper tools.

* Experience sanding and prepping raw veneer and hardwood, including touching up defects.

* Ability to mix, match, and apply stains and paints on new veneers.

* Knowledge of spraying polyester base coats and urethane top coats.

* Experience with aircraft touch-up painting.

* Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings.

* Ability to communicate aircraft status and work progress in both written and verbal form.

* Basic PC skills.

#Job Duties & Functions

* Fabricate, install, and refurbish aircraft interior equipment and furnishings per work order or customer request.

* Perform and document all work performed in accordance with appropriate manuals and regulations.

* Adhere to Company General Work Requirements for factory, shop, and hangar positions.

* Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

* Participate in 5S activities to maintain organized and clean work areas.

* Assist with additional work on drop-ins and planned maintenance during slow periods or unplanned work.

* Clean aircraft as required.

* Travel for international assignments if required.

* Assist with maintenance at off-site locations as needed.

* Support other maintenance disciplines as required.

#Physical Requirements & Environment

* Ability to work in hangar and shop environments.

* Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and working at varying heights.

* Ability to lift, move, and handle interior components, tools, and materials safely.

* Ability to work with paints, finishes, and other chemicals in accordance with safety procedures.
