2nd Shift Schedule

The Fulfillment Center Lead supports the DC Operations Manager and Supervisor with task management, line leadership, training, workflow coordination, and safety to meet production goals efficiently.

• Provide guidance, support and direction regarding operational practices, equipment operation, glass-handling methods, and safety procedures.
• Organize and direct workflow within the department (e.g., assign związ, move associates to new tasks).
• Onboard and train associates on position-related processes, procedures, and tasks.
• Monitor equipment or processes and communicate problems to Supervisor; encourage and monitor warehouse cleanliness.
• Identify safety risks and hazards and mitigate them to ensure safe working conditions.
• Display safe working behaviors per safety standards wanted.
• Follow injury reporting and investigation procedures.
• Ensure team safely operates material handling equipment.
• Perform inbound and outbound order duties to achieve departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

• Education
  :
  High School Required.
• Experience
  :
  Less than 1 year leadership or supervisor experience Preferred; 1–3 years supply chain operations experience Required.
• Skills and Abilities
  :

• Operate in varying environmental conditions; lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs). Must weigh under 300 lbs to operate order picker.
• Operate order picker, reach truck, forklift; maintain PPE compliance.
• Make informed decisions, problem‑solve, multi-task, maintain flexibility.
• Experience with WMS systems and mobile RF technology.
• Familiar with LTL and small package shipping protocol.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
