About the Role

As the Production Manager, you coordinate all products from the Net to Completion status. This includes monitoring revenue, cash flow, and the first five days of accounts receivable during installation and workflows. The goal is to ensure timelines are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. You must also ensure that customer service expectations are met professionally and on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review all jobs in the backlog and assist with getting them installed.
  • Manage and improve operational workflows and reports for Production.
  • Onboard subcontractors to maintain proper install capacity.
  • Manage, hire and train service technicians.
  • Manage collections and Accounts Receivable and work with the CFO if legal action is needed.
  • Manage and approve all Production & Services expenses.
  • Manage budget requirements for Installer Labor.
  • Monitor back charges to installation crews.
  • Fulfill all emergency tarp requests.
  • Work with the Warehouse supervisor to develop and monitor inventory control, donations, mismeasures, and re‑orders.
  • Generate service tickets to complete product repairs and offer warranty service. Monitor and audit delivery of products ordered.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services.
  • Review, monitor, respond to, and document in CRM:
    Guild Quality Surveys and Contact Us responses.
  • Oversee compliance of all company policies (Red Carpet Program/Dust Policy, Uniform Policy, Jobsite Branding Policy, Company/OSHA Safety Policies, Fleet Safety Policy) for all Production roles in your region.
  • Develop and manage scalable KPIs for each function of the Production staff.
  • Evaluate team performance and KPIs to determine staffing needs.
  • Recruit, hire and onboard all Production staff.
  • Monitor Operations reports to manage and improve operational workflows.
  • Build customer loyalty and maintain a high-level view of the entire customer support process.
  • Manage, support and train all Production staff.
