OverviewWe are seeking a customer friendly individual to join our team in the capacity of a Housekeeping Inspector. Job duties include cleaning all areas of the hotel, restocking supplies, emptying trash, delivering items to guest rooms and providing superior customer service. This position also includes responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, associate development and training.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
- Restock and clean housekeeping closets.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Guests first attitude.
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, late nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free.
- A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
- Able to work as a team and independently.
- Flexible working hours.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to follow instructions.
Health insurance is available on the first of the month after hire. Full‑time associates can enroll in medical, dental and vision coverage and part‑time associates averaging 17.5 hours a week can enroll in dental and vision coverage. Full‑time associates receive paid time off within the first 90 days of employment. We also offer paid holidays for eligible associates. If you stay with us for five years or more, enjoy paid days off for your birthday and employment anniversary date.
