Overview

Join Caring Companions, LLC as a CNA, HHA or PCA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients within the Windsor and surrounding town areas. Seeking those who are passionate, reliable and want to make a difference in a senior's life. This assignment requires overnight shifts, which are awake shifts. You will be providing care for a client who will need stand by assistance during the night and ensure safety at all times.

Assist with morning care and morning routine.

Hiring ASAP:

Hours:

9pm-9am $17-$19/hour

• Shift Option #1:
  Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Shift Option #2:
  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Shift Option #3:
  Saturday and Sunday

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Current CNA certification or HHA.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
