• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and assist with mobility and exercises as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in training and continuing education to enhance care skills.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client well-being.

• Current CNA or HHA certification in the state of Connecticut.
• Prior experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely and comfortably.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check clearance and CPR certification are a plus.
• Passion for helping others and commitment to providing high-quality care.
