• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Provide and maintain appropriate high standards of clinical care to patients
• Take a “patient-first” approach to care by establishing a friendly, trustworthy rapport with patients
• Create custom treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
• Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally and achieve their goals
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other relevant healthcare providers
• Complete daily documentation with appropriate charges & authorization requirements within established deadlines
• Discharge patients appropriately, providing education and home programs as needed
