Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making within our manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to analyze costs, improve margins, and drive data-backed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, overhead, and inventory
Support budgeting and long-range planning processes
Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, margins, and cost control
Assist with inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost of goods sold analysis
Develop financial models to support pricing, capital investments, and process improvements
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial performance
Support month-end close activities and audit requests as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing financials
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Preferred
Experience with standard costing and inventory analysis
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite
