Belcan is seeking a detail-oriented Tooling Engineering Project Coordinator to support aerospace tooling procurement and design activities. This role coordinates tooling workflows, tracks project progress, and serves as a key liaison between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely execution and accurate documentation.

• Track and manage tooling workflow progress; proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure schedule adherence.
• Maintain and update workflow trackers daily to provide accurate project visibility.
• Provide regular (weekly) status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tooling request status and related inquiries.
• Complete system requests for supplier and customer facility requirements.
• Facilitate the transfer of tooling documentation, including project data, designs, and specifications, to suppliers.
• Support quoting activities, purchase order releases, and capital funding documentation.
• Assist in resolving customer or supplier issues using established systems and processes.

• 1 or more years of experience in a project support role within a manufacturing & engineering setting.
• Understanding of tooling for manufacturing and ability to read & interpret basic blueprints.
• Exposure to procurement or supply chain processes & systems.
• Associate or Bachelor"s degree in related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools:
  Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Due to the nature of the role US Citizenship is required.
