Summer School Teacher will be responsible for facilitating student‑directed use of the Edgenuity curricular courses which are grounded in research and are Common Core, NGSS, and state‑standards aligned. The teacher will be expected to provide instructional assistance throughout the summer school program. Other responsibilities include: monitoring student progress, classroom management, submission of grades, and collection of daily attendance. Summer School Teachers will work under the direction of building‑based administration.

Hours
: 7:45 am – 2:45 pm
Student Session 1: 8:00 am – 11:00 am
Student Session 2: 11:30 am – 2:30 pm
Rate
: $45 per hour
District/High School Administration:
An Edgenuity training session will be required prior to the start of summer school for any staff not already trained in the program. Positions will be filled based upon student enrollment, teacher certification and program leadership experience.
Summer school personnel must be able to work the duration of the program. No vacation or personal time will be granted.
