- Implement students goals and objectives as in accordance with IEP and Special Education Teacher
- Utilize appropriate instructional materials
- Provide instruction and support to students assigned
- Progress monitor student performance
- Assist with assessments (classroom and district wide)
- Communicate progress to special education teacher
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience working with students in a school setting preferred and/or demonstrated ability to make connections and provide academic support for such students.
Successful completion of college level coursework or passing of examination as required by the No Child Left Behind Act.
