The Staff Accountant will support core accounting functions while gaining exposure well beyond traditional entry‑level responsibilities. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone eager to develop strong technical skills and business acumen in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support general ledger accounting across multiple entities
• Help prepare financial statements and internal reports
• Partner with senior accounting and finance leaders on process improvements
• Work across different business units and accounting platforms
• Support audits, documentation, and ad‑hoc accounting projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–4+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
