We're hiring an Accountant to support day‑to‑day financial operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). What You'll Do Accounts Payable (AP)

+ Process vendor invoices

+ Reconcile statements and research discrepancies

+ Maintain accurate and timely records

Accounts Receivable (AR)

+ Prepare and send customer invoices

+ Track payments and follow up as needed

+ Help resolve billing or payment issues

General Accounting & Office Support

+ Perform financial data entry and maintain organized documentation

+ Assist with purchase orders, packing slips, and related paperwork

+ Help with inventory and ERP updates (training provided)

+ Support audits and general compliance as needed

What We're Looking For

+

Experience with AP and AR (any industry)

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

+ Basic proficiency in Excel and general office software

+ Good communication skills and a team‑first mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Windsor, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
