** Key Responsibilities of the Cost Accountant**
- Drive accurate product costing, variance analysis, and ENO reserves to support plant decision-making and profitability
- Partner with plant managers, review bills of material and routers, and deliver actionable operational insights
- Perform comprehensive month-end close (GL entries, reconciliations, inventory, prepaids) within established timelines
- Develop and deliver planning, forecasting, and budgeting analysis for leadership and operations
- Generate impactful reports and process improvements that strengthen financial controls and support team outcomes

** Must-Have Skills/Experience (Cost Accountant)**
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- BS in Accounting or related
