Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Our client is a growing, privately owned manufacturing company that is rapidly expanding.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and General Ledger
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to provide financial insight and visibility
• Assist with cost accounting activities as needed, including inventory and manufacturing-related analysis
• Manage external audits and coordinate with outside accountants or advisors
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting as the company scales

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial controlling, reporting, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience overseeing or working closely with AP and AR functions.
• Exposure to cost accounting in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; experience improving accounting processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
