Restoration technician in Windsor, CO
Temp to hire opportunity
Pay $20 to $23/hr
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, OT required based on need of project
Ability to pass a background check (no DUI's), drug screen and IICRC certification is a plus!

Respond to residential and commercial water and fire losses and perform mitigation services.

  • Perform daily checks on job sites and create daily logs.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors, building owners and project managers.
  • Perform and oversee the removal of building materials, occasionally hazardous materials.
  • Set up equipment in accordance with the IICRC S500.
  • Effectively manage technicians and temporary labor.
  • Maintain job-sites and containments, manage housekeeping requirements.
Perform field activities and/or other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience working in the field, around contractors and clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Safety conscience approach during all work activities.
  • Mechanical/Construction skills a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License, no DUI's/DWI's.
  • Background check and initial drug screen.

Applicant must be able to walk around job sites, climb scaffolding, lift objects over 50lbs and occasionally lift tools or materials over the head.
