! Our Windsor, CO team is looking for a motivated person to become our new full-time Heating and Air Conditioning Installer

• EPA certification
• 1+ years of experience as an installer or service technician
• Strong mechanical and HVAC system knowledge
• Ability to repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

The typical schedule goes from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You'll be responsible for accurately installing HVAC equipment, safely connecting wires and controls, and performing general maintenance like cleaning and system inspections. While onsite, you'll collaborate with your team to complete efficient installations. You'll follow safety guidelines, answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and leave a positive impression of our company.
