Colorado Oil and Gas Sales Representative

About The Role

Monad is hiring a Sales Representative with experience in oil and gas electrical and insulation services to expand our footprint in Colorado.

$70,000.00 - $ per year

• Develop relationships with clients.
• Sell electrical and insulation contracting services, control systems, and industrial heat trace and insulation solutions.
• Work closely with project managers and field teams to provide tailored electrical solutions.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, direct outreach, and industry events.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure high-value service agreements.
• Stay ahead of market trends.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and technical expertise.

• Experience in industrial contracting and oil & gas sales.
• Understanding of heat trace systems, control wiring, instrumentation, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to talk shop with project managers, engineers, and field techs.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
• Willingness to travel across Colorado.
• Valid driver’s license required.
