Home Visits - Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Fort Collins Visits team. This office works with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis.

One-year prior clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is required;
Home Health experience preferred, but not required.

As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

• Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online to make sure you feel confident
• Clinical support whenever you need it, 24 hours a day

• Monitor clients' conditions
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  
  Perform client assessments
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs

• A current Colorado nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• Pay: $55-60 per visit point based on experience
