We’re looking for a Front Desk / Hospitality Associate to be the first point of contact for our families and athletes. This role is all about customer service, communication, and keeping our gym running smoothly.

• Greet families and athletes with a warm, friendly attitude
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Assist parents with registrations, billing, and questions
• Provide information about programs, schedules, and events
• Support the coaching staff by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

• Friendly, positive, and approachable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
