Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for reading and interpreting drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations.

• Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts.
• Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic cables, and other electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Work in a large facility with a lot of walking involved.

• 442a or 309a ticket
• 1-2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to walk extensively within a 2 million square foot facility
• Ability to work a 3-shift rotation
• Experience with GMP, conduit, and wiring

• Experience in PLCs and DCS systems
• Experience in the food processing industry

The role is based in the main facility located in Leamington. It requires working in a hot, loud environment with food odors. The position involves rotating shifts every two weeks, including midnights, afternoons, and days. The facility offers a structured schedule and premium pay for shift work, with overtime available after 44 hours, at 1.5x on Saturdays and 2x on Sundays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Leamington, ON.

The pay range for this position is $87672.00 - $87672.00/yr.
