** About the role
** As part of the Showroom team in Windsor, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
** Your day to day
** A typical day will involve:
* Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
* Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
** We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
*** Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
* Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
* Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
* Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
* Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
