The Opportunity:
Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare organization, is seeking a highly motivated and growth-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Windsor, Ontario . Reporting to the VP of Operations, the HRBP provides strategic and hands-on HR leadership across the organization while demonstrating a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Developing, executing, and continuously improving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Partnering with supervisors and management to strengthen organizational effectiveness and team performance.
Managing labour and employee relations in a regulated, unionized environment.
Leading investigations into employee relations matters and executing recommendations.
Promoting a culture of respect, engagement, and constructive conflict resolution.
Overseeing full-cycle recruitment including posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Leading orientation processes that create a strong first impression for new hires.
Participating in the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC), fostering a safe workplace.
Managing disability claims and WSIB cases.
Supporting company-wide compliance and regulatory activities.
Maintaining HR policies and ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Supporting performance management programs and annual salary review processes.
Managing HR information systems; experience with Payworks is an asset.
The Ideal Candidate :
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or other related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct support to leaders and employees.
3 - 5 years working in a unionized environment, with healthcare experience preferred.
CHRP or CHRL designation is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment law and occupational health and safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and develop positive relationships at all levels.
High integrity, loyalty, and professionalism in representing the interests of the organization.
Proven team-building abilities with a focus on cultivating an engaged workforce.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Experience:
Previous experience with Payworks would be considered an asset.
