Position Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Sales and Client Experience
Manage wedding enquiries from initial contact to confirmation
Lead client consultations via Zoom, Teams or in person
Create on-brand, detailed and persuasive quotations
Build trusted relationships with clients, venues and planners
Drive conversion, average order value and repeat referrals
Alongside the Head of Weddings, take responsibility for revenue generation in line with annual budgets and forecasts for the Weddings department
Design and Delivery
Develop creative concepts and detailed mood boards aligned with Lavender Green’s style
Translate client briefs into considered floral designs
Lead the on-site execution of your weddings
Support flagship weddings and peak season installations
Commercial and Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and wedding calendars
Prepare confirmations, invoices and internal briefs
Work closely with floristry, transport and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor costs and support margin control within weddings
Business Development and Brand
Build and maintain relationships with venues, caterers and planners
Represent Lavender Green at showcases, site visits and industry events
Contribute to venue tenders, proposals and competitor insight
Support marketing activity including imagery, content and showcases
Culture and Values
Champion Lavender Green’s sustainability commitments and B Corp values
Act as a senior ambassador for the brand, setting standards by example
Support and collaborate with colleagues across departments
You will be an experienced weddings or events professional with strong design sensibility, commercial confidence and exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
Proven experience in weddings, luxury events or floristry (minimum of 5 years)
Confidence leading client relationships and consultations
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Commercial awareness with a focus on quality and profitability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
A collaborative mindset and genuine care for client experience
Working Pattern
Full time, 42.5 hours per week including paid lunch break
Office based in Windsor and London
Standard hours Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.30
Flexibility required during peak wedding season
Evening and weekend work as required, with paid overtime or time off in lieu
