Construction Estimator

This role is responsible for leading the full estimating process from preconstruction through project execution, ensuring accurate and detailed cost estimates across commercial, industrial, residential, and heavy ICI projects. The position involves managing tenders, conducting risk assessments, performing value engineering, and collaborating closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. The individual will analyze historical data, monitor market trends, and track project costs and performance to improve future estimates and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.

Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior estimators and supporting a smooth transition from estimating to construction management within a Monday–Friday schedule.

Job Requirements:

Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and oversee preconstruction planning, risk evaluation, and tender management.

Conduct bid analysis, subcontractor negotiations, value engineering, and cost optimization throughout project phases.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate scope alignment and seamless project execution.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of construction estimating experience with strong knowledge of ICI, commercial, and residential projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, with proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, Plan Swift) and MS Office.

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
