The Job

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is recruiting for an Assistant Hospital Administrator for Nursing Services who will ensure the quality of nursing services delivered in all inpatient areas of the medical center.

Minimum Requirements
  • License: Must possess and maintain a valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience: Four years of professional nursing experience, of which two years have been in nursing management as a full‑scope supervisor over professional nursing staff.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is highly desired.

There will be a competitive evaluation of qualifications based on a review of the application materials for Assistant Hospital Administrator‑Nursing Services.

  • Please describe your experience in developing, monitoring or managing a unit or department budget. Include any experience using computerized budget systems, reviewing revenue from third‑party payors, reviewing expenditures, and forecasting for personnel.
  • Please describe your experience interpreting, analyzing and developing policies, procedures, protocols and standards of care to ensure compliance mandated by regulatory agencies. Include any experience evaluating survey/audit outcomes and providing corrective action.
