. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician/Assistant who is passionate about supporting patients through sensitive and life-changing stages of care.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, and has a genuine interest in women’s health and fertility services.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Candidates MUST have extensive experience with Propel Pharmacy Software and be completely proficient in billing. Please do NOT apply unless you are extremely knowledgeable and confident using Propel independently.
Responsibilities- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently with a strong emphasis on billing and adjudication
- Troubleshoot billing issues and resolve third-party insurance rejections independently
- Support fertility and women’s health prescriptions with discretion, compassion, and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, prescribers, and internal team members
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards and patient confidentiality
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a community pharmacy
- Extreme proficiency with Propel pharmacy software is mandatory
- Strong billing knowledge and ability to troubleshoot independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- A patient-focused mindset with a passion for women’s health and fertility care
