Preschool Teacher

Overview

PRESCHOOL TEACHER
Monday – Friday mornings 10 – 25 hours per week

• Assist in the planning and implementation of the daily curriculum activities for children ages 3–5 years under the guidance of the Lead Preschool Teachers.
• Follow the daily schedule, assist with setting up and cleaning the site, and use positive discipline techniques.
• Occasionally staff Town events, such as holiday events, summer open house BBQ, birthday party events, and summer preschool camp.

• High school diploma and coursework in Early Childhood Education is required; twelve units of Early Childhood Education are desired, along with one or more years of experience working with young children.
• Spanish speaking is desirable, but not necessary.
