Location: Windsor Locks, CT

Hourly Rate: $18.00

Schedule: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scanning items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Picking orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock‑management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and maintaining inventory records.
• Performing routine cleaning duties.
• Co‑operating with management to ensure key objectives are met.
• Maintaining safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Accurately follow written and verbal directions.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, or move objects 10–50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb ladders or stairs, or balance.
• May be subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• May be required to work in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
• Attention to detail.
• Great communication skills.
• Time‑management skills.
• Can work well under pressure.
• Can work well with other staff members and supervisors.
• Open availability, flexible, and able to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
