- Provide high-level technical support, manage aftermarket services, and develop support solutions for aircraft parts and systems
- Act as a liaison between engineering, sales, and customers to define, negotiate, and implement product support agreements, spare parts, and troubleshooting to maximize product reliability
- Provide second-level technical support for field representatives and customers, resolving complex product issues
- Define technical requirements for sustainment solutions, including spare parts management
- Analyze technical data to provide feedback to engineering regarding product performance, reliability, and improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aviation, or a related technical field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in aviation, aerospace, automotive, or related technical field preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in logistics support analysis, maintenance, and technical documentation
- Excellent skills to act as a liaison between technical teams and customers
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP systems
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
- Specialized maintenance systems, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) preferred
- Basic Knowledge of Aerospace (MIL-STD-1388-2B, SAE GEAI-STD-0007) preferred
$75,000 to $85,000 per year
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship RequirementDue to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
